Huck finn essay Exam one.
Brittany Umbreit

The adventures of Huckleberry Finn has many moral dialemma's.
One moral dialemma in the story is Huck helping Jimm escape. its against the law and he would get in big trouble if someone catches them. Huck grows as a person helping Jim because he knows its wrong but its a nice thing to help out his friend.

Huck is rightfor helping Jim, he may be taking the chance of getting in trouble but he is doing it for Jim. if Jim got sold who knows who he'd live with and how he'd get treated.

Support for my arguement in the book would be how Jim talks and acts like Hucks brother basicly by telling him not to look at the man that got shot in the back and died.He is like family or a friend and huck is just helping him. This is in chapter 9, p.38, paragraph 2 when Jims talking. "come in Huck but doan look at his face its too gashly" another example of jim acting like a brother to huck was when huck wanted to go on the wrecked boat and Jim didnt think it was a good idea.

all in all i agree with hucks choise oh helping Jim escape even though he knew it was wrong.
